Modcp Permissions ?

Hello,

Where and how can I select what my moderators see and do when they log into the modcp ?

I can't find it in Admin CP?

For example: I want moderators to be allowed to moderate new members on forums.
Where can I find / change this setting?

That is not a Moderator permission. It is something available in the Admin CP only.
