Need to find where PLUGINS are installed

Hello i need to find where plugins are installed becuase a long time ago I had someone setup a mod for me for a anti-hack situation.

What he did was no one except my home ip could login to the forums as me, meaning that I could not access my forums via my userid anywhere else except my home.

Well I have moved to a new home now and have a new IP, I am trying to figure out where he put or what did he edit in the file to make this feature work.

This is obviosuily not in the admincp thats why I am asking here, he apparently edited a internal file.

If he used plugins you'd be able to see them in your
AdminCP -> Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager
