I'm currently calling an external PHP file inside vBulletin, in order to display my forum disclaimer.

The address line says:
h**p://xyzforum.com/forum/FD.php

How can I make it like:
h**p://xyzforum.com/forum/?page=disclaimer


Any help in this regards will be duly appreciated.
