want to make prefix look colore ful

hey friends, I had keep the prefix on my site, its look like its shows in the image( attachment) i want them to appear bold and colorful, how I can do that

I'm assuming thread prefixes here because I don't see an attachment. Enter HTML in the prefixes when you're creating / editing them as per usual would do. Some areas may be intentionally kept "clean" with just the text though.

Yes, you can do so by entering HTML into the "Title (Rich Text)" field when creating / editing the prefix. For stylizing options, please see: http://www.w3schools.com/html/

I had made it bold, but I want to enter red color in it, but I don't understand how to do it?
