Permissions issue of Administrators and Super Moderator

Because administrators and super moderators do not have permissions restraint in the post.
Someone would know tell me which can be wrong?

This is my problem,
I have my user groups, administrators, Super moderators and facilitators.
Moderators: They can edit, delete, move, close and so the post, have all permits
Super Moderators: They can only delete and combine messages
Administrators: They can only delete and combine messages
Permits for each group of users are well allocated and yet we do not get the popup these permits

Check the Administrator Permissions for each of your Admins and Super Mods.

You can do this in your
AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions
