Crazy Styles!?

Take a look at that forum. As you can see, there are images on the forum headers and footers of every table on the page. The thing is, these editions seem to be universal to all of the pages on the forum. I know for sure there is no way someone went and edited hundreds of templates just to add some images to the top and bottoms of the tables. Is there some sort of way to mass-change styling elements in vbulletin templates, most specifically on tables?

That is done by editing the required the templates.
