A security token is missing or misplaced...

My users keep getting this error every time they click User CP, why is this?

I have asked on vb.org, but they tell me to do stuff that I don't understand...

So maybe vB could help me, maybe fix it for me? Would mean alot x

Or tell me how to fix it in, 'idiot language', if you get my style
E.g Directions, what goes where, etc etc
