          Code:
mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'greyturtle_user'@'10.1.1.18' (using password: YES)
          /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/greyturtle.com/httpdocs/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 311
          check your config.php file.

your passowrd for your database user is wrong, or that user doesn't have permissions assigned to it properly.

            I'm having the same issue:

I'm looking through the config.php and tried typing in my MySQL username and password, but I'm still having trouble. Right now I'm adding my info under the ****** MASTER DATABASE USERNAME & PASSWORD ****** section, is this correct or am I missing something?

            Code:
            Database error in vBulletin :

I contacted my host just in case, but I wanted to be sure I'm typing in my passwords and usernames correctly. What exactly does using password: NO mean?
