  • VB width issue

I'm sure this is another simple question. Since I removed a long banner from the top of my navbar, my widths do not match up.

I have attached my screen. the top banner does not run the same width as the rest of the forum code beneath. Where would I go to edit this setting?

    Thanks

Is that title image a fixed width? If so, see this thread:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=136077

Otherwise this kind of width problem can be the result of a custom header or footer template where you have removed these spacer variables:

    Code:
    $spacer_open

    $spacer_close

My header image is a fixed width. Until I added & removed the ad banner under the header image this week it looked perfect.

I do have spacer_open in my header code, but not spacer_close, would that make a difference?

I have attached more info about my forum

Try using a fixed width for Main Table Width. Make it the same width as your image.

This is my header code, do you see anything out of line here?

            PHP Code:
            <!-- start header part -->
            <
            a name="top"></a>
            <
            table width="85%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0 "align="center">
              <
            tr>
                <
            td class="topwrap">&nbsp;</td>
              </
            tr>
              <
            tr>
                <
            td class="headerwrap"><table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

              I found it!
I removed a line of key code in my navbar under: <!-- breadcrumb, login, pm info -->

Now the forum looks normal again
