The addon must have added the template to the master set. This is a hidden default set and there is no way to delete it from the Admin CP. You would need to delete the record from the database manually.Leave a comment:

Deleting Templates?
I'm cleaning up my vb for 3.7x and I just unistall a hack and its removed all of its templates except one, and I can't get shot of it. I've tried to revert it, it doesn't go away. The only other thing I can think to do is search phpmyadmin and physically remove it but I'm pretty sure vb should have a way to delete templates.
