The moderation table has no postid field in 3.7.x. That reference must be from custom code. Try disabling your plugins:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System

Also run a file check to look for customized files:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

Code errors like that are also usually caused by custom code. I suspect the above instructions will fix that too.

i have a bunch of file mismatch: Found 3.7, expected 3.6.9. Could this be the problem and after disabling the plugins i still get the same errors

will i have to re-upload 3.7 and run the update again or install a new 3.7 to fix this problem?

It looks like the upgrade wasn't complete. Make sure you ran the full upgrade:

            1) Upload the new files, overwriting the old ones.

            2) Run the install/upgrade.php script in your browser.
