After cleaning the database and importing a backup, I can't download old attachments from my forum. Is there a way to fix this? The attachments are in the file system.

There should be "Rebuild Attachments" in your Update Counters in the Admincp. Try that. -
That's the rebuild attachment thumbnails I think, I tried that.Comment

Are you getting an error? If so please post it. What is happening when you try to download the attachments?

I think I know what happened. Two months back a hacker got the password of a super mod in my boards and deleted the whole forum. I recovered the database, but the attachments in the file system were deleted... So now the attachments point to invalid files...Comment
