Database error

Just upgraded to 3.7 and here is what I get:

Problem is I can't access phpmyadmin or admincp so how can I fix the database? their are both down becauise of the error.

just keep clicking repair from the cpanel?

Your datastore table has crashed. You need to repair it. Please see these instructions for the available methods to repair a database:
