  • Disabling right click on user albums

    Hi

Just a quick question, i may be looking to implement a photographers website into Vbulletin, and Vbadvanced. Anyway, i want the admin to be able to upload photographs, but he doesnt want people to be able to download them. Is there a way that he could disable the ability to right click on a users album?

Long shot i know, but thought id ask before i commit to buying another license

    Thanks

There's no way to truly block someone from right-clicking on a page and viewing the source/saving an image, or even using the browser to save the page and have it available right there on their computer.
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

Hmmmmm, may have to rethink then, might just have to edit the picture first before uploading. Ill keep thinking

        Thanks

Might want to add a watermark to every image that can't be removed.

If someone desperately wants those pics he/she can simply click on save screen.
Most of the cases it is good enough.

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...
