    How can I change the footer txt?

      If I look in the footer it shows as if it is unchanged

        The first one is a phrase set in the language
        The second one is a setting in Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Site URL settings.

          If i want to place a tracker in the footer, can you help me where to place the code so i stay within the license agr.

            Put your tracking code in the footer template and don't change any of the phrases.
