Rebuilt Bitfields Successfully

Thanks for support team who read this question and try to help out but never have time to write down the answer.

vBulletin 3.6.10.PL4

Got message "Rebuilt Bitfields Successfully" repeatedly when tried to go into user group manager and upon trying to edit settings, it won't let me in.Page reloaded but freezing with message above.

Already do following task but not solved the problem..

1.Added on config.php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

2.Run suspect file tool and check them to make sure I know them.
3.Uploaded folder includes/xml original vBulletin files.

Second question.
I use on config.php.

$config['Datastore']['class'] = 'vB_Datastore_Filecache';

I want to clear cache.
How to empty "datastore_cache.php"?Should I just delete them and replace with original file?
