I can see these forums on my forums but when I look for some of them, say the ZAPPA forum, they are not showing up in my back end to update say a image header or the like for the ZAPPA forum. Its just not up a thing in my admin panel for several forums in link below like what is at my link from the forum as a normal user,,,,

That's because you have that forum set to only show posts for the last month.
