Change The Banned IP Message?

If I want to change the message that appears when a user is informed that they are not allowed to access the forum because their IP has been banned, what do I have to do?

Find the exact text they see, and search for that in the phrases from the admincp, and change the phrase into the english box and click save. and reload the page to see if it changed.

I dont know what the exact text is that they see. How am I supposted to know what it is?

Ask a staff member to be online, and ban his or her IP temporarily. Ask them to copy the text
