Some User Ranks Not Showing Up

Hi,

Recently I've become aware of some members not having a User Rank while posting on my forum. However, the conditions in the User Rank control panel should always show a User Rank.

Here is my current configuration:

Registered Member - 0 Posts - Displaygroup - No Stack - [NEWBIE IMAGE]
Registered Member - 10 Posts - Displaygroup - No Stack - [MEMBER IMAGE]
Administrator - 0 Posts - Displaygroup - No Stack - [ADMIN IMAGE]
Moderator - 0 Posts - Displaygroup - No Stack - [MODERATOR IMAGE]
Student Member - 0 Posts - Displaygroup - No Stack - [STUDENT IMAGE]

Please take a look at the following screenshots, which shows how some members do not have a user rank.




I use the 'Displaygroup' option because I only want one User Rank to show if a member is part of two usergroups, ie Registered Member & Moderator.

I have runned the 'Update user Titles & Ranks' several time to no efforts. I am running vBulletin 3.6.10PL1

Can you print screen what the User Ranks page looks like in your ACP?

Okay I have fixed it. The two members shown were both in 'Registered Members' without any additional groups, but a while back they were in the adviser usergroup, and I had set the displaygroup to adviser.

It seems as though when I removed them from the usergroup, the script still left the 'displaygroup = adviser' in the SQL database, which I had to manually change back.
