Backup my forum

Hi Guys,

How exactly would I back up my forum Please?


I tried to do it the other day and when I went to My Documents (I believe) there was nothing in the folder.

I am no pc expert as you are aware - but I am learning everyday.

From the earlier post you made on a different subject I note you have cpanel installed - If that's the case you can manually backup the entire site from there, then download it to your PC.

And REMEMBER to do it on a regular basis!
