Some places of business (particularly Government jobs) will block access to message boards and forums regardless of the content. Simply because they don't want employees chatting online while at work.
Since yours gives a particular reason (message boards and forums) I would assume that the case is that the workplace prevents access to all message boards and forums.

The filter did dectect the type of website it is, a message board / forum. The filter is blocking the Message Board / Forum based website.

He cannot access your website because his job does not want him to. THere is nothing you can do since this is outside of your control.
