Few Icon Questions

I've found nearly all of the original vB images except 1 really, and just wanted clarification on 2 others please:

Where does the Moderated and Moderated_Small icons appear?

(( I have a hard time telling if you answer with a template name, and I've never seen them appear on my board, I don't know why. But they are uploaded on our FTP and such. ))

On Both Trashcan and Trashcan_small as well as Birthday and Birthday_small, what's the difference? How does one appear and how does the other appear?

(( I've seen the Birthday on Current Events, but have never seen the birthday small icon. I've seen a big Trash Can I'm guessing for a closed thread, and I think the small trash can is for deleted posts within a thread??? help me out here ))

double check me if I have this right:

moderated.gif = postbit template

so this appears amidst the avatar, join date, posts section I see in threads

moderated_small.gif = threadbit template

I'm guessing in a dropdown menu near edit thread on the top of every page of a thread

What action would I have to take to make the moderated.gif appear, and the moderated_small.gif appear? Meaning like an admin or mod, what do I do to another member, post or thread, to make it appear?

moderated.gif shows next to the quote, multi-quote and quick reply buttons in postbit when a post requires moderation.

moderatedsmall.gif is on the thread listing (where you would see the deleted post and attachment icons) if a post in the thread needs moderation.

To make them appear, set a forum to require threads or posts to be moderated ("Moderate Threads" and "Moderate Posts" in Forum Manager).

So basically it's only going to appear in a forum of which I've turned "moderation on" meaning no threads or posts will display unless an admin approves of it. If not, it gets a moderated icon showing up in those locations?

Correct

Admins can read the threads and posts as usual, they'll just have the icons on to alert you that they need approving.

One more then:

calendar_popup.gif

Does not appear anywhere in my templates and I don't even see the image when I look in the actual caledar.

So where is that one at or how do I make it appear?

It's the icon for the popup calendars like in the announcements > Add announcement page in the ACP.
