Can I change the 'View Forum Leaders' link to say something else?

If so, how?

Also, how do I re-order the usergroups on the page?

You can change the "view forum leaders" link by editing the view_forum_leaders phrase.

I can't help with re-ordering the groups on there, though.

Looks like its possible with template edits, but not automatically.
