Just thought to ask if it is possible to set up vB to automatically email a user who has received an infraction/warning, where the email would contain the infraction/warning details. (Basically, the same information as is in the automatic PM).

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Infractions & Post Reporting Options -> Require Infraction Message - Yes
This option requires that the user sending an infraction include a PM or Email, depending on your forum settings.
They will get a PM unless PMs are turned off, in which case they get an email.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

I have PM's enabled - its just that if the said user gets an infraction, which brings the user over the auto-ban points threshold, they will be banned and will not be able to access their PM's where the infraction details are.
I know I could bypass this issue by enabling banned users to view their PM's, but I was just wondering if vB had the option of sending infraction details via PM & email simultaneously, which I am guessing it does not?Comment

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
