Are you talking about thread tools at the top of the thread?

Is there any way to take posts from such a large thread and move them over into another smaller one or new one?

The way threads and posts together, along with pagnation, it creates a problem with very large threads. Some of the issues can be delt with, but the real soultion is to close threads that get that large.

It's weird because yesterday after posting this it was running fast again then today its back to crawling.

Is starting a new thread the only thing to do?

    Slow Thread

I have a thread on my site that all of the sudden just crawls when trying to access it.

    It has 53,355 replies

What would cause it to just start crawling all of the sudden? And is there anyway to fix it?
