Can the RSS Feed Robot be moderated?

I was wondering if it's possible to moderate posts imported by the RSS Feed Robot... or are these posts just automatically considered "approved"?

I've done a little testing using a profile with Admin permissions... and the imported RSS feed posts seem to bypass any moderation requirements on the forum. Is this by design or am I missing a step here?
