yes, but I informed you of the default behavior. If you wish to break from this you can edit the footer template and change the title and link manually.
admincp > styles & templates > style manager > dropdown: edit templates > footer [customize]

Homepage Name : This is what shows in the navbar, and in the footer.

there si problem in my home page when i add my Home from Vbu=>options=> Site name / Url Contacts Details and add Home Page Name is "Mortal Kombat Armageddon along with mk8 news" then it's also appears at the bottom of HomePage /every page. where i don;t to show title and Bottom of every page is same name.
likeyour Vbulletin Home Page Title is VBulletin @ Instant Community and bottom of HomePage name is only Vbulletin
