    Hello community,

    sorry to steal your time, i also used the search function of the board, but got even more confused.

    Being not the brightest computer-bulb, I just open a thread.
    I run a page with a board very little traffic so far. The Forum is online since September 2007, since a few weeks I get that strange error, but only for NEW THREADS, not for replys:

    I am sure I changed nothing in the settings since November last year. Below a copy of the mails I receive for each new post:

    This is a server issue. You'll need to contact your host about this. Here are the reasons for the MySQL server going away:

      sorry, I forgot to say that the new thread is showing up on the forum when I refresh the side after I get this error window...
