When I go to itradeforum.com, it tell me

yes there are a few puggins a mods made to this site. It was hosted on a different server fine but when i moved everything to the current one, uploaded the database, it just give me the cookie error.

Start a support ticket and include your admincp url and admin account, and your ftp details. And link back to this thread. Me or someone else from the team can take a look at your config.php file and/or turn off the hook system to see if that fixes it.

Ok support ticket submitted. BTW, I even tried to install a fresh vb forum and then add all the mods I had later(which is a pain and would rather not) but when i did that the site still didn't work because there is probably something in the database that relates to the mods and says some error that the mods are missing.

The config.php file is customized somehow or stored somehow incorrectly. A new config.php fixed it.
