  • What's the Forum ID Conditional?

    HTML Code:
    <if condition="$forum[forumid] == 246"><div class="smallfont">$forum[description]</div><else />            <div>
                    <a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]f=$forum[forumid]"><img src="titanium/forums/$forum[forumid].gif" alt="$forum[description]" border="0" /></a>
                </div></if>
    This is what I currently thought was right, but there is no description appearing for forum 246. I also tried using $forumid instead of $forum[forumid] but it didn't change anything.

    It should be:

    HTML Code:
    <if condition="$forum[forumid] == X"></if>
    Where X is the forumid, which is what you have.

    I'm not sure if it's because of the fact your have vBSEO (or something similar). Perhaps try changing it to the forumname or something. If that doesn't word, you might need to get support from the people who created the mod to help you.

      What is the forumname conditional? Can you make an example like you did with the forumid one?

      EDIT: Never mind, tried, doesn't work.

        Then it might be something to do with your modifications; you've made a number of changes and it could be one or a mix that might be causing the conditional to not work.
