Link on top NavBar

Hi,

I would like to add a link to a URL for Email login. I would prefer it to be before the User CP Link on the top Navbar. Where can I find the spot to add this info?

I'm not sure but I would think standard HTML applies here so you would enter the link part as follows to make it open in a new window........
