    Which file handels the joindate data? I am trying to get my showgroups.php file to display the joindate of my members but I cannot figure out which file I should include...I am running 3.6.8. Right now it is just displaying the unix stuff...

    You will need to add custom PHP code to parse the joindate timestamp into a readable date. This is the variable you would normally use, but you can see that it just shows the timestamp:

    Code:
    $user[joindate]
    If you have some coding ability then I recommend you post on www.vbulletin.org for help converting the timestamp.

      Thanks for the reply! I found a code in the member.php file and decided to try that in a plugin. It worked...well sort of, it does not display the correct date any ideas? I have even tried including the class_postbit.php in the showgroups.php file...which did not work. If it matters the hook location is in "showgroups_user"....

      code used in meet_our_staff_joindate plugin

      Code:
      // JOIN DATE
      $userinfo['datejoined'] = vbdate($vbulletin->options['dateformat'], $userinfo['joindate']);
      $jointime = (TIMENOW - $userinfo['joindate']) / 86400;
      // End Join Date
