    maybe its holiday time but i hope i can make the question some more clear

    when the posting is soft deleted the txt shows like this :
    bla bla bla bla bla bla

    what i would like is that this txt shows in another color and bold like this

    bla bla bla bla bla bla

    so is there a way to alter the code ?
    is the code for this also located in threadbit ?

    anyway would be nice if some one knows how to do this

    Here is some updated code for that:

    Code:
    			<if condition="$show['gotonewpost']"><a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]goto=newpost&amp;t=$thread[threadid]" id="thread_gotonew_$thread[realthreadid]"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_button]/firstnew.gif" alt="$vbphrase[go_to_first_new_post]" border="0" /></a></if>
    			$thread[movedprefix]
    			$thread[typeprefix]
    			$thread[moderatedprefix]
    			<a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]$thread[highlight]" id="thread_title_$thread[realthreadid]"<if condition="$show['gotonewpost']"> style="color: #123456; font-weight: bold;"</if>>$thread[threadtitle]</a>
    			<if condition="$thread['pagenav']">$stylevar[dirmark]<span class="smallfont" style="white-space:nowrap">(<img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/multipage.gif" alt="$vbphrase[multipage_thread]" border="0" /> $thread[pagenav]<if condition="$show[pagenavmore]"> ... <a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]&amp;page=$thread[totalpages]$thread[highlight]">$vbphrase[last_page]</a></if>)</span></if>
    		</div>

    For example, edit this template:

    Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> Threadbit Templates -> threadbit

    Replace the red code:

    Code:
    			<if condition="$show['gotonewpost']"><a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]goto=newpost&amp;t=$thread[threadid]" id="thread_gotonew_$thread[realthreadid]"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_button]/firstnew.gif" alt="$vbphrase[go_to_first_new_post]" border="0" /></a></if>
    			$thread[movedprefix]
    			$thread[typeprefix]
    			$thread[moderatedprefix]
    			<a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]$thread[highlight]" id="thread_title_$thread[realthreadid]"<if condition="$show['gotonewpost']"> style="font-weight:bold"</if>>$thread[threadtitle]</a>
    			<if condition="$thread['pagenav']">$stylevar[dirmark]<span class="smallfont" style="white-space:nowrap">(<img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/multipage.gif" alt="$vbphrase[multipage_thread]" border="0" /> $thread[pagenav]<if condition="$show[pagenavmore]"> ... <a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]&amp;page=$thread[totalpages]$thread[highlight]">$vbphrase[last_page]</a></if>)</span></if>
    		</div>
    ...with the blue code:

    Code:
    			<if condition="$show['gotonewpost']"><a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]goto=newpost&amp;t=$thread[threadid]" id="thread_gotonew_$thread[realthreadid]"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_button]/firstnew.gif" alt="$vbphrase[go_to_first_new_post]" border="0" /></a></if>
    			$thread[movedprefix]
    			$thread[typeprefix]
    			$thread[moderatedprefix]
    			<a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]$thread[highlight]" id="thread_title_$thread[realthreadid]"<if condition="$show['gotonewpost']"> style="color: #123456;"</if>>$thread[threadtitle]</a>
    			<if condition="$thread['pagenav']">$stylevar[dirmark]<span class="smallfont" style="white-space:nowrap">(<img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/multipage.gif" alt="$vbphrase[multipage_thread]" border="0" /> $thread[pagenav]<if condition="$show[pagenavmore]"> ... <a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]&amp;page=$thread[totalpages]$thread[highlight]">$vbphrase[last_page]</a></if>)</span></if>
    		</div>
    Use any color code you want.

    thnx for the answer
    i found that it does use something for new postings
    the letters are bold for the new ones
    and for the postings i did read they are thin

    so when i think of it then it must be possible to change the bold lettertypes for a color of choice
    correct me if i am wrong

    now the questions stands can i change that and where can i find it
    and with what do i replace the code that controls the bold letter type

    i know there are img's aswel on the new postings
    but i think colors are better

    started a topic new postings colors

    new postings colors

    hi
    i changed from phpbb forum to a vBulletin forum
    now i would like to make it so that the new postings have a color and when visited go to standart color

    this used to be like that in the phpbb and is really handy
    so not the visited links or hoovered links in the css

    but i really meen the new postings in yellow and when visited in bleu(standart color)

    is this posible in vB
    if yes where can i find the settings for this
