How to backup only...

Hi there..
my question is, what if i want to backup only topics, members, posts from the forum??? how to do that??
because I'm planning to shift my forum at another location & there is so much mess of mods, hacks, & unwanted template changes made by me... so i want clean & clear copy on new location... so please help me..

You can't really. The threads require the posts and the posts to match the userid, etc. If you want to uninstall modifications you're best of to properly manually uninstall them and restore the vBulletin files.

Or if you wish to have 'fresh' stables and don't mind about the thread id and the post id and the user id numbers, you could install impex on a fresh install and import the threads/posts/users and attachments that way.

I strongly recommend to make a full backup of your current site first.
