Try reupload the your original vB 3.6.8 files... You should download the package and overwrite those files in ASCII mode and you do not need to reup images. Then add in the patches and see if you get problem and also you should disable all plugins/products.

  • Scheduled Tasks have stopped running after Apache Change

On Dec 26th, I had problems with my server where performance was terrible.

After having an admin look at it turns out my Apache server was allowing too few clients. He increased the maximum number of clients in Apache and since that time everything seems to be working fine.

This morning, however, I realized that the Scheduled Tasks have not been running since mid-day Dec 26th.

Of course, I searched here to try and figure out the problem.

Since the tasks stopped functioning I have:
    • Not altered the Footer template.
    • Ran the tasks manually with success
    • Checked the Suspect File Versions (I am at vBulletin 3.6.8 Patch Level 2) and got the following.
    class_bbcode.php File version mismatch: found 3.6.8 Patch Level 2 , expected 3.6.8
    functions_editor.php File version mismatch: found 3.6.8 Patch Level 2 , expected 3.6.8
I assume the above is fine since those are the files changed in PLII.

Can anyone suggest what might be the issue?

    Thanks in advance
