Locking sort order for one forum

For one forum I would like to 'lock' the sort order so the user is unable to change it, i.e. I would control it from the Admin CP.

Is there any option or mod that would allow me to do this?

Also I would like this forum to show all threads on one page, again no other forum should do this. Any ideas?

You can set the default here:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Default Sort Field and Default Sort Order

I do not know of any way to show all threads for one forum on one page without modifying the code. You can try asking over at www.vbulletin.org.
