Polls not being participated by guest users!

Hi folks,

somehow all the polls we've made so far cannot be participated by guest users. Can anyone tell me how to make it so that guest users can also participate in polls we setup on our vbulletin forums?

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Unregistered / Not Logged In -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Vote on Polls

Unregistered and not logged in permissions

At this moment I would like guests to vote in polls and see blog posts.

I changed channel permissions for unregistered and not logged in visitors and set "can vote in poll" to yes....
