    Hello,

When I get a new member email notice or a reply from a forum the URL in the email doesn't work. When I click on it a new window comes up and it's blank.

    How can I fix this?

Make sure your forum URL is correct:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL

For example, the forum URL of this forum is:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum

    No ending slash, no index.php

Thank you,I checked that my forum is set up as domain.com/vbulletin and in the contact details it's just domain.com. So I should add the domain.com/vbulletin?

Yes. You need to specify the forum directory in the forum URL.

I followed what you described above and then when I would post the page would go blank after I posted. I also sent out a test email to see if the link in the email would work and when I sent the email some warning and error text flashed on my scren for a second or two so I couldn't read what it exactly said. After that I changed the URL back to how it was.

Do I put domain.com/vnulletin in all the options?

Your homepage url should be like http://www.vbulletin.com

Your forum url should be like http://www.vbulletin.com/forum

Your email address should be like [email protected]

With regards to the error with the emails, if you have followed the instructions on the page I linked to and the error still continues then you will need to get the exact error that you are receiving so that we can see exactly what the problem is.
