Changing link text color

Quick question on text color of the Edit Favorite Smilies link. The link is showing up as white which disappears on our dark skin. I tried an edit in the USER_CP Shell that I pasted below (in red) to change the color of the link, but it did not work. Does anyone have a suggestion?
