I got the same issue since 10 days now, running 3.6.8 PL2
Someone is posting porn pics with random user's accounts, sometimes in closed forums !
I opened ticket but nobody can figure out what is happening !
PS: I re uploaded original php files, and got all plugins disabled through config.php, HTML is disabled for all groups. No other mod is made.
