Changeing A Style's Width?

Hello I see this style and install it on my board. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=134676
It's called BlaK-Ice I wanted to know how can I make it look more width-er linke this http://www.nephilimguild.com/
I want it like 90%. I check this out.
Style & Templates > Style Manager > Main Table Width (pixels or percentage) (This is the width of the table that contains all your vBulletin content) and it's change to 100% in the style. So something else is over riding it cause I'm still getting this http://beta.furry-muscle.org/forums/index.php?styleid=2 any ideas? Thanks

I see a fixed width in your header:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Common Templates (in the menu) -> header
