      I had read this page already (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages)

      I have done all the modifications but I don't resolve the problem.
      I have updated header, headinclude and phpinclude templates with the old templates

      2 pages always show a white page: private.php (Private Messages) and
      search.php
      (all SEARCH and NEW POSTS).

      if I logout dont show white page search.php and private.php

      ....could it depend $session variable ?

      HELP ME !!!

        Those are *all* the known causes of this problem. What is the URL to your forums?

            I see a highly modified style with many active add-ons.

            To troubleshoot this, first reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file. Then run 'Suspect File Versions' in Diagnostics to make sure you have all the original files for your version and that none show 'File does not contain expected contents':

            Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

            [Note: In some cases you may also need to remove any of the listed .xml files in the includes/xml directory.]

            Next, disable all plugins.

            Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

            define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

            Then if you still have this problem, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

              We are worried about this bug because We can't solve it easy and perhaps We are under attack of hackers.
              We found thiss article about Our forum vulnerability
              "vBulletin is vulnerable to a flaw that can allow a remote attacker to
              perform cross-site scripting attacks. The vulnerability is due to
              insufficient validation of user-supplied data in the private.php module. A remote attacker can cause a victim to submit carefully constructed requests containing embedded script code that may then be executed in the victim's browser. This is an a non-priority technology vulnerability."

                There are no known security issues with vB 3.6.8. Which version are you running?

                Also if you are concerned about security then you should seriously consider removing your add-ons. Please see this thread on how to make your vBulletin more secure:

                        ok, I have verified all template, the problem is in $session variable and particularly SESSIONURL
                        SESSIONURL is correctly in my headinclude:

                        <script type="text/javascript">
                        <!--
                        var SESSIONURL = "$session[sessionurl_js]";
                        var IMGDIR_MISC = "$stylevar[imgdir_misc]";
                        var vb_disable_ajax = parseInt("$vboptions[disable_ajax]", 10);
                        // -->
                        </script>
                        but in HTML source the variable SESSIONURL is empty

                        IMGDIR_MISC and vb_disable_ajax is correct but SESSIONURL si empty

                        what is the file that send this variable as could I check
                        if it is corrupt ?

                              Have you checked your httpd error_log? The error, if any, should be in there. Given that the problem is occurring on the search page, I'd have to guess that you are hitting the PHP memory_limit and need to raise it to something higher.
