  • mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]

    My forum was getting this error on mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Unable to save result

    I find info in this forum To fix this run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP.

    Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

    If you cannot access the Admin CP you can also use phpMyAdmin to repair tables.

    after doing this via phpMyAdmin....i can't see any posts in showthread but can see all thread in forumdisplay

        MySQL Error : Got error 127 from table handler

        This error means:

        MySQL error: 127 = Record-file is crashed

        To fix this run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP. You may need to run it more than once to fix all errors:

        Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

        If you cannot open your Admin CP then you can repair tables with phpMyAdmin.

            Something else happened then.

            First check your forum serttingsd in the Forum Manager to make sure the forum is Acctive and Open.

            Second, rebuild the thread and forum counters in that order:

            Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters

                Then unfortunately your database may have been permanently damaged. Do you have a recent backup?

                Fill out a support ticket at:

                http://members.vbulletin.com/members...ontactform.php

                Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.
