Sending E-mails makes me to click every X entries

When I send an E-mail to my users it stops at every 500 users. I have to click the button manually.
Why isn't here Javascript redirect, or is there and is it broken?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

Just wondering: WHY?

I mean.. If you have 100.000 members you get RSI from it?

I don't know why other than to say this has not been coded into the software.

Because sending too many emails to a mail transport agent without proper queueing will take down your server.
