Random Banner Problem

I figured it out, it added "forum" to the path to my banners directory somehow. I had put the directory off of the root directory and written the script accordingly, but after putting the banner image directory under the "forum" directory it can now find the images.

Now I just need to figure out how to make it so that clicking on the banner takes you to the associated URL.

I'm trying to put some random banners at the top of the page (vB 3.6.5). I followed the directions at:

But I see no banners. I made three random banners, they are gif files.

Is there anything else that I need to do?
