Verifying email sent pointing to wrong directory

Ok when people verify their email they are being directed to the old "/Forum/upload/" directory. I have since changed the directory to just go to /forum/ but it is still being directed to the old directory. How do I change this?

Unless you have made another modification to break this, they will be directed to the correct URL if the forum URL is set correctly here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL
