Thread moderation queue question

We have a classified section on my forum. All threads that are started by users go into a queue for approval and once the donation is received I go and approve the ads.

It has recently come to my attention that one of my moderators who hasn't caught on to how things work yet, has contacted sellers prior to the ads being approved. This has caused a little tension, needless to say, since not everyone who posts an ad pays for it to be placed. It kind of bypasses the system if that makes any sense.

Is there any way for posts placed into moderation queue to only be viewable as "moderated" by admin only? All the mods can view them at present and it's causing a little confusion. I've searched here but didn't come up with anything. Maybe I'm not using the proper phrase to get the answer I'm looking for.

The only way to do this is to remove him as Moderator of that forum. Personaly if it were one of my Mods I would tell him once to stop this, and if he continued to do it he'd no longer be a Mod.

That's what I figured and that is what will be done if he doesn't stop. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time, though I have a hard time believing that he didn't see the "Moderated" word right before the title of the thread.
