Warning! I know very little about this stuff so if the answer is obvious just let me know what it is.

Is there a script that can incrementally export data from a mysql DB the way the BIGDUMP script imports it? I am trying to get my data off of GoDaddy's servers so that I can change hosts, but it always times out. My backup attempts from the VB admincp do the same thing.

The most reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via ssh. This is because backing up with a PHP script like that in the Admin CP or phpMyAdmin can result in PHP timeouts errors and an incomplete backup file. Please see the instructions here:
