How to show Recent Threads on the home page?

Hi, if you take a look at this forum, which in my opinion, is a really nice forum:

http://www.businessforums.com/

You will see that they have the Recent Threads on the home page.

Also, they have a link to "Forums" on the menu.

How can I do this?

They are using vBadvanced.

It's vBadvanced CMPS - one product. we use it at http://www.zrxoc.com too.
