How To Disable Edited By Admin?

I'm an admin on my forums and have to edit posts sometimes. How do I disable where it says a post is edited by me so others can't see it??

It's in the user group options for administrators.

Admincp> User Group Permissions>Show Edited by when editing post > set to no

Hmmmm. I did and it still shows the edited by note

It is not retroactive to posts that were edited prior to this change. Also is you are in multiple usergroups, check the permissions of those other groups.
